Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and WeRate Oy (Business ID 3266878-5), operator of Harbor at host-harbor.com and app.host-harbor.com.

By creating an account or using Harbor services, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Services

Harbor does not currently provide a separate mailbox-hosting product.

• Application hosting and deployment from authorised GitHub repositories.
• Domain registration, renewal, and DNS management via registered partners.
• AI website builder, SEO tooling, and support assistant features.
• Email communication tooling used for service operations.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally capable. Keep account details accurate at all times.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Harbor to:

• Run illegal activity, phishing, malware, spam, or abuse automation.
• Upload infringing or harmful content.
• Unauthorised access to systems or service abuse that harms others.
• Violate third-party platform terms where integrated.

5. Payment and Billing

Prices shown at checkout. Consumer prices include Finnish VAT where applicable.

Stripe handles payment processing and settlement.

You can cancel recurring plans from the dashboard.

6. Consumer Withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right under relevant EU rules and Finnish consumer law.

The right may not apply when digital content/service is delivered immediately at your request.

7. Your Content

You remain owner of your content. You grant Harbor a limited license to process, host, and deliver your content as part of the services.

If your use includes personal data of third parties, you remain the data controller for that content.

8. AI Features

AI outputs are suggestions and may contain errors. Review all generated content before publication.

9. Availability

Harbor is provided on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable during maintenance or third-party incidents.

10. Termination

You may close your account from Account → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account.

Harbor may suspend or terminate for repeated breach, non-payment, abuse, or legal duty.

11. Warranties and Liability

Services are provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Liability is limited under applicable legal limits.

12. Indemnification

Business users agree to hold Harbor harmless from claims arising from unlawful use or misuse by the user.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.

• Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) where applicable.
• EU ODR platform may be used for cross-border consumer disputes.

14. Changes

Material updates are posted here with the latest date. Continued use means acceptance.
